John Libby

John Libby started his company in 1996 as a local contractor from Durham, Maine, completing framing, roofing, and siding projects. Over the years, he has expanded his business into a reputable new home construction company known for its excellence in craftsmanship and superior customer service. Today, John oversees all site work, house placements, and foundation work, while also managing business development projects and lot review for potential clients.

 

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water with his three children, family, and friends, whether at his home in Harpswell or up at camp up above Greenville. Catch John on a job site, and you might also spot his spunky black lab, who often tags along in his truck.
