We have worked with John Libby Construction for two projects; one building our beautiful home and again to finish the basement.
Upon meeting John and his team we immediately felt comfortable with the down to earth approach, honest discussion and overall feeling that we could trust them.
From the beginning to the end of the projects we were amazed with the communication (we always knew what was happening next and when), the organization (the office staff and home builder) kept us on schedule, and meetings to check in and make sure everything was moving forward. Every person we ran into cared about the quality of their work and if any of the crew had any ideas that could improve upon the plan, they would talk to us about it so we could jointly decide. We have been thrilled with both projects and the continued support and communication whenever we have questions.
