This home was built as a spec home by John Libby Construction, who purchased the lot and developed a floor plan to best suit the site conditions. The first-floor kitchen, dining, living area, and primary bedroom all take full advantage of the stunning waterfront views. Just steps away, outside stairs lead to a deep water dock. Rock blasted on-site was creatively used for the unique stair design down to the basement and the steps to the dock.
